My son said his first sentence yesterday and it went something like this: “Daddy come home and we go downstairs and play ball?”. Pretty cool that his first sentence was about having a good time with me. It is those moments that are so exciting and precious in life. No business in the Blog today, just a landmark accomplishment from my son.

He is at such a fun age. We play hide and seek and he will close himself in a closet to hide. We play bowling on a video game, or chase each other around the house. He also likes to dance if I put music on. Well, enjoy your family and take a moment to show gratitude to anyone in your family today.

I just wanted to talk about a great tradition that my wife and I set up. On Wednesday nights we go out for a date. It has been great for us to spend some time together without any other agenda or distraction. This is also great because it allows my mom time with our son each week.

I just wanted to drop a quick note declaring what an amazing day today is. We are going to the zoo, possibly the aquarium, and then to play in the backyard. I love these days, spending time with the family and having fun.
