Completion and Stewardship
One of the most effective ways that I have found to gain energy and move forward is to complete anything from the past that drains energy or that is essentially incomplete. Part of being a good steward is completion. I have found that I have made some mistakes by taking on more than I could be a good steward over. This left me fragmented and overwhelmed at times. Just because something is supposed to be a good investment doesn’t mean that it is a good investment for you. If it requires time or energy and that would distract from things that are more in line with Soul Purpose, it might make sense to pass up something that is profitable.
I looked into the past and saw things that were incomplete. Some of the things I neglected to take care of immediately, but over the past month I have been moving forward daily and at the same time completing the past. It is energizing and allows for clarity and especially integrity. Much of the real estate I have owned that wasn’t in line with my Soul Purpose has been sold or I have withdrew my mebership interest in the LLC. Some of these times it has been at a loss, but it allows me to move forward powerfully and increase my stewardship by limiting distractions.
Early in my adult life I had a belief that I wanted to own a tremendous amount of real estate. I believed that all wealthy people had real estate. And I do believe real estate can create value and be a good place to store and build wealth, but now I use the real estate that I plan on keeping.
Engenuity Corporate was dissolved officially this week. Engenuity Salt Lake is still going strong, but without Ray and Les there wasn’t a compelling enough reason to keep a corporation. Michael Isom runs his own branch and office of Engenuity St. George. This was an important completion that now matches the legal documents with the reality in the marketplace. I am a steward over Engenuity Salt Lake and can make choices powerfully and quickly. Michael and I still communicate on a regular basis and maintain partnership in other companies and have a great relationship; we just realized what worked and what would be most effective.
Complete the past and live powerfully in the present.
